Exchange or Return of Goods

At FrostFruits Ireland, product quality and food safety are our highest priorities. Due to the perishable and temperature-controlled nature of frozen and fresh food products, returns are handled differently from standard retail goods.

Product Quality Assurance

All products are inspected prior to dispatch and transported using controlled cold-chain logistics to maintain quality and safety.

Customers are encouraged to check their delivery immediately upon receipt.

Reporting an Issue

If there is any concern regarding product quality, damage, or incorrect delivery, please notify our team:
• within 24 hours of delivery for frozen products
• immediately upon receipt for fresh items

Returns & Refund Policy

For food safety reasons, frozen and fresh products cannot be returned once accepted and stored by the customer, except in cases of:

  • confirmed product quality issue
  • damaged goods during delivery
  • incorrect items supplied

Where an issue is verified, FrostFruits Ireland will arrange one of the following:

  • product replacement
  • credit note
  • refund where appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be accepted for return:

  • products stored incorrectly after delivery
  • partially used products
  • items reported outside the notification timeframe
  • products affected by customer handling or storage conditions

Trade Customers

Trade account customers should report any delivery discrepancies on the day of delivery to ensure rapid resolution and continuity of supply.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Deliveries may vary during public holidays depending on logistics schedules.
Customers will always be notified in advance of any delivery changes.

Do I need a trade account to order?

No. Retail customers can order directly through our online shop.
Food businesses, cafés and commercial customers are encouraged to open a Trade Account for wholesale pricing and scheduled supply.

All frozen products are stored, picked and transported using controlled cold-chain handling to maintain temperature integrity from storage to delivery.

Can I schedule recurring deliveries for my business?

Yes. Trade account customers can arrange regular delivery schedules to ensure consistent supply without the need to reorder each week.

What happens if an item is missing or damaged?

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will investigate promptly and arrange replacement, credit or resolution where appropriate.
